Ethos Private Equity and Old Mutual Private Equity, both based in South Africa, have invested in Idwala Industrial Holdings Ltd, an African Northern Cape-based lime and calcium carbonate processing plant, for a reported 44% stake. The amount of the transaction has not been revealed.
